Ivan Thomas' Story

Ivan Thomas is Manager of Workforce Development at BCC, and has over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector. Ivan holds a bachelor’s degree in communication design from the New York City College of Technology, and a master’s degree in public administration from the Metropolitan College of New York. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Ivan is passionate about workforce advancement and harnessing strong leadership within underserved communities.
